                                                       TUN TAVERN TEA 2012
    On December 1, 2012 the MCRD Museum Historical Society hosted its annual Tun Tavern Tea (TTT) holiday party at the Command Museum’s Visitors Reception Center (VRC) from 1400-1700, with approximately 150 attendees partaking in this festive affair.  This event has been hosted by the Society since 1988, and serves to recognize and thank the many members, volunteers and staff who have so generously supported the Society over the past year. 
   Highlights of the TTT this year included fine food and Christmas Cheer along with the MCRD Band Jazz group, who quickly moved us all into the Christmas Spirit.  And back by popular demand, GR Catering supplied the delicious Food  –  all cooked and prepared right there at the VRC.
